Sesame Salmon
Ingredients

2 Little Fish Co. fillets salmon

2 tbsp coconut aminos
-
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
-
1 tsp sesame seeds
-
1 Oak Side Farms spring onion, sliced

Sea salt, to taste
Method

Preheat the oven to 250°F.
-
In small bowl, combine the coconut aminos and sesame oil. Place the salmon in a dish and pour over the mixture, ensuring each side is coated.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and a sparing use of salt .

Place in the oven for 30 minutes.

Serve topped with fresh spring onion and a squeeze of lime.

Maple Cinnamon Grain-free Granola
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup chopped Salle Orchard almonds
-
1 cup shredded coconut
-
3/4 cup raw roughly chopped Salle Orchard pecans
-
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
-
1/2 tsp sea salt
-
2 tsp cinnamon
-
1/4 cup maple syrup
-
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
-
Preheat the oven to 300°F.

In small bowl, combine the almonds, coconut, pecans, sunflower seeds, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.

Spread evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Skin-loving Carrot Salad
Ingredients

1-2 large Super Tuber Farms organic raw carrots, outer layer peeled and discarded
-
1-2 tbsp crunchy nuts or seeds
-
Fresh herbs such as cilantro, mint and basil from Oak Side Farms
-
Drizzle of honey
-
2 tbsp ASV
-
2 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tbsp coconut oil
-
Salt & red chili flakes

Method
-
Using a peeler, thinly slice carrots into a bowl
-
In small bowl, combine the carrots with ASV, lime juice, salt, red chili flakes, and melted coconut oil.

Top with chopped herbs and seeds!
