Sesame Salmon

Ingredients 

  • 2 Little Fish Co. fillets salmon

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 Oak Side Farms spring onion, sliced

  • Sea salt, to taste

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F.

  2. In small bowl, combine the coconut aminos and sesame oil. Place the salmon in a dish and pour over the mixture, ensuring each side is coated.

  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and a sparing use of salt .

  4. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve topped with fresh spring onion and a squeeze of lime.

Maple Cinnamon Grain-free Granola

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cup chopped Salle Orchard almonds 

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 3/4 cup raw roughly chopped Salle Orchard pecans

  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.

  2. In small bowl, combine the almonds, coconut, pecans, sunflower seeds, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.

  3. Spread evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  4. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Skin-loving Carrot Salad 

Ingredients 

  • 1-2 large Super Tuber Farms organic raw carrots, outer layer peeled and discarded

  • 1-2 tbsp crunchy nuts or seeds

  • Fresh herbs such as cilantro, mint and basil from Oak Side Farms

  • Drizzle of honey

  • 2 tbsp ASV

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Salt & red chili flakes 

Method

  1. Using a peeler, thinly slice carrots into a bowl

  2. In small bowl, combine the carrots with ASV, lime juice, salt, red chili flakes, and melted coconut oil.

  3. Top with chopped herbs and seeds!
